Today I'm living the luxurious life. I'm staying at one of the nicest hotel in Dallas: The W Dallas. It sits near the hot spots in Dallas like the Perot Museum, The American Airlines Center/ Victory Plaza, Reunion Tower, and West End and the views are breathtaking.

Anyway, here's a few things I've been really digging lately.
I have been “writing a book” for what seems like 1/3rd of my life. I always am, and probably always will be. Honestly, it kind of bugs me that my friend Kait has published a book. How did she even do it? How come every page makes my mouth water? How are all these pictures so great?
But yes, I am very proud of my friend and fellow blogger, Kait. She is a dog lover and one of the coolest people I've come across. I've been reading her blog from the start and am always impressed by her sense of adventure and kind heart. But just one look at her book, and you'll dive right in:

Desserts for you and your dog that you know you can eat, especially if you have a gluten allergy. She makes it easy for you to not have to give up on dessert! I can't live in a world without dessert and now I can't live in a world without her cinnamon frosting recipe or chocolate honey cookie cake. Both are decadent and perfect for parties.
