You might notice that a few of my posts lately have a handy, red “Pin It” button underneath. The idea here is to encourage you to pin the post if you think you'd like to read it again. As in *cough* go ahead and do that *cough*.
But no matter how pinnable I think my post might be, nothing compares to the post that seems to be re-pinned over and over and over again. It's a silly post, really. But no matter what I do, or don't do really, it gets repinned. So what post is it you ask?
Could it be a post about blogging? Say this one about the How to Start a Blog.
Or how about a hair tutorial? This one with the Miley Cyrus top knot did pretty well.
How about when I wrote an in depth article about what your nails say about you?
Nope. Not even close. What is it then?

This post is gif filled. It's really a simple post but for some strange reasons, it's been pinned over and over.
Just how many times? Over 50,000 times. Which, in my eyes, is quite a lot! If only I could get my other posts repinned that much.
I can't really put my finger on why or how it's gotten so many repins. My guess is that someone with a lot of followers repinned it, and it was all downhill from there. When I did see it get a lot of attention, I started repinning it myself to help keep the ball rolling. Pinterest is such an anomaly to me.
