I have a hard time being a good gifter. I want to do something that they'll use and that they'll remember. I don't have a lot of cash, so I try my best to be creative. I have a lots of friends and relatives graduating.
I seriously had no idea what I was going to do, but I headed to Brookshire's with the notion that it'd come to me when I got there. I wandered the aisles looking for something to pop out at me. I stocked up on my typical 20 count cans of Diet Coke, and then noticed the pretty glass coke bottles. And what do you know, they say, “Share a Coke With a Grad”. Bingo.
I picked up a 6 pack of the glass bottles. These are just so classic and will add the perfect touch to my gift.
I went in my trusty craft drawer (yes, I have a craft drawer) and
started putting together this gift. I wanted it to be simple, and
something they can use over and over again. The wooden crate was
perfect, since it has a bottle opener on the side.
This way they can carry around their favorite beverages.
I know that this will be something they love and that's useful. I'm not always very crafty, but sometimes I can whip something up that I'm proud of. Keep an eye on Brookshire's Facebook page for a chances to win yourpoints, offers, fun and conversation.
Are you creative when it comes to gifting?
