I believe the key for a successful blogger is finding the right niche.
What kind of blogger are you?
Do you blog about Fashion? Food? Finances? Frolicking?
Just kidding. I wanted something with an F. I guess that clearly could have taken a turn for the worse.

Anyway, this is something I struggle with.
I love writing about so many different categories it's so hard for me to choose just one and stick with it.
Clearly, fashion will not be my choice. I just suck at it.
Food is one my favorite things on the planet but again, not great at coming up with recipes.
I'm not the super creative type, so DIY is out.
What I do know is that I write from the heart. Whether that means talking about music or dancing or life in general. If I am writing about it, I am passionate about it.
It might not always be successful, or popular but it will be honest and true.
At least, I hope so.

Today I have Sarah from Venus Trapped in Mars. This girl lives in Dallas and has yet to meet me. (Maybe she is scared?!) Anyway, we are going to play a little game today. We have some questions and we are both going to answer. Yippee!
1. If you had to only watch one sport for the rest of your life what would it be and why?!
Sarah: Football because it is the only one that is always fun to watch. Basketball can be tedious until the last 2 minutes, baseball can drag on at times but Football is great because every second of the game sucks you in.

2. What is your talent?
Sarah: Making money disappear into thin air. It's a gift, really. I give thanks every day for being blessed with such a talent.
Helene: I would like to think I am not half bad at hip hop dancing. In that, I will make a scene and I throw all caution to the wind. So my talent is no fear of public humiliation.

Sarah: I'd own Supermarket Sweep. For the life of me I will never understand why no one ever just ran down the isles with their arms extended dumping everything in their cart.
Helene: I would be on So You Think You Can Dance. That's kind of a game show, right?

So I am going with Beyonce “Crazy in Love” because I can booty shake to it. But I am also throwing out Benny Benassi “Cinema” with the remix by Skrillex because I freak out every time I hear that song. Now you're all staring at me blankly.
