You know what's really awesome? Music. You know what's even more awesome? Free music. Summer is the best time to listen to your favorite jams, windows down, or by the pool. I am always listening to music, so I've compiled a list of my top 5 places to find free music.
All day, every day. You can pay to listen, but a few commercials won't hurt you. It's my one stop shop to combine all the music I listen to. You can make a playlist, find new music, and even send songs to friends.
The only problem with some of my favorite DJ's is that some of their music isn't available on Spotify, so I turn to Sound Cloud. I just realized that they have a mobile app and I can stream all that music, whenever I want, fo' free.
There are a lot of websites, including on the artist's site, where they just hand deliver you a playlist. One of my favorite sites for this is EDM Sauce. You can listen to them from your computer or download them to your phone.
Don't want to have to think about what to listen to? Pandora is for you. You can pick an artist, a song, or a genre and it will play music based
on what you pick. For example right now I am listening to the Steve Aoki
station and it will play him as well as Avicii, Benny Benassi,
Skrillex, Swedish House Mafia, etc. Plus it's a great way to discover
new music. If you don't like a song hit thumbs down. If you really love a
song hit thumbs up.
5. Amazon
Did you know that Amazon offers completely free music downloads? I didn't until recently. You can see the all the free music downloads by clicking on a genre or sorting by popularity, release date, time, reviews, or in alphabetical order by title, artist, or album.
