It's just so hot.
This is what I utter each and every time I step outside. The pavement looks like a stove as steam rises up from the ground. Today, someone asked if you could bake cookies on your dashboard and my immediate answer was absolutely, although I've never really tried that before.
Whenever the temperature starts climbing, there are 4 things that are bound to happen.
1. Popsicles
Suddenly, popsicles become a routine treat in my house.
2. Weather talk
There isn't a day that goes by when I don't comment on the weather. Statistics about the weather, the weather last year, what the weather is like in other places. It's a very hot topic. Get it?!
3. Sleeping In
I need more sleep in the heat. It's a fact.
4. Pool Days
If there's a body of water, I'm getting in it.
5. Sandals/Flipflops only
