Today is my actual anniversary but since it's Travel Tuesday I wanted to talk about my honeymoon!
It was perfect, like most honeymoons are, and free.
Why, you may be asking?
Well my sweet aunt and unlce have a beach house in Seaside, Florida (one of my all time favorite beaches in the world.) So we packed up our stuff and drove down 13 hours from Dallas to Florida in a stick shift that I just learned to drive.
A little bit of a bumpy ride, pun intended, for our first road trip as a married couple.
We made it there just fine.
We lounged on the beach, ate way too much (Every bride is hungry after trying to be in “wedding condition” Staci knows).
Michael fished on the beach while I read and ate chips.

We went to my favorite airstream “Frost bites” that sells the most delicious shaved ice I've ever tasted.
We went parasailing, which was fun and terrifying.
It's not something I want to do again.
It was the perfect way to relax after being engaged for 2 whole years.
