This weekend playlist is focused on some brand new songs I'm certain you'll love. Some you probably have never heard before. So here's hoping you can add these tracks to your weekend and get the party started. You're going out tonight, right?
1. Porter Robinson “Sea Of Voices”
This absolutely beautiful track is the newest one from the young DJ. It ebbs and flows easily and is a
2. ASAP Rocky ft Gesaffelstien “In Distress”
This hip hop track mixed with electronic will be on the movie soundtrack for “Divergent.” I like the mix and it's kind of different. It's almost got a creepy feel.
3. Iggy Izalea feat Charli XCX “Fancy”
Say what you want about this song, but the video is pure genius. Iggy and friends recreate every scene of the classic 90's movie “Clueless”. She nails it on the head. I'm a big Iggy fan, if I was a rapper, I'd like to think I'd be just like her.
4. David Guetta “Shot Me Down”
It starts out with a smooth melody and familiar lyrics, then Guetta switches it up and drops a heavy handed beat and mix. This should definitely be part of your rotation.
5. Steve Aoki, Dimitri Vegas, Like Mike and Autoerotique “Feedback”
Steve Aoki brings in a whole crew of people for this track. It's an easy listen and good for getting the night started.
6. W&W “Bigfoot”
Starts out slow with a basic rhythm, but then around 1:30 the beat drops and the song gets really good. This would also be a great song to run to as the beat continues to pick up the pace.
7. Dillon Francis and DJ Snake “Get Low”
For a song to get down to, this is your answer.
