Fall Must Haves

The other day my Mom asked me how many lipsticks I had in my purse. Michael interrupted, “She has at least 7.” I had 9. And one chapstick. Mind you, this is all in my small crossbody bag. “You like products, don't you?” My Mom asked. Guilty. I like products. So I decided to give you a list of ALLLLL my favorite things I've excited about for Fall: products, makeup, clothes, etc. What you will not see: heels. I am not a heels person. Included are all things that I've bought and bringing to Germany.

Makeup

I love a good lipstick, especially a long lasting one. The new Urban Decay “Vice” line is extremely pigmented and long lasting. They come in a bunch of different finishes and formulas but my favorite is the “comfort matte” and I like the shade “Bittersweet.” Full range of colors here. I like it so much I took a picture of it in front of a fountain. A FOUNTAIN.

If you can't tell, I love lipsticks. Sometimes I want to look like I'm not wearing any though. I just want to boost the natural color of my lips. I picked up two from Ulta from the Essence line. The price points of these are SO cheap and they are really easy to just throw in your purse. The Nude Long Lasting Lipstick in “Cool Nude” looks a lot like my natural lip color- just a shade or two above. Which, according to Bobbi Brown, is “the most versatile lip color you can wear.” It's also only $2.99.

I also picked up the Sheer and Shine Lipstick in “BFF.” This is also just $2.99 and is easy to wear, especially if your lips are chapped. It's so cheap you might as well try it!

To keep rolling with the makeup, I swear by my IT Cosmetics CC Cream. But I decided to try the Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Water foundation. I LOVE it. It's medium coverage but buildable and feels very lightweight on the skin. Plus, it's SPF 15.

The number one question I get on Snapchat is what mascara I use. I thought I'd answer that here as well. I swear by L'Oreal Double Extend. I've tried them ALL and this is still the best.

Clothes

I don't like to shop at too many places. I have a few standby's that I shop at, and that's it. I know the clothes, how they fit and how they'll wear. I typically like Nordstrom, Forever 21, Urban Outfitters, ASOS, and Meesh and Mary. My friend started Meesh and Mary with her Mom because they have an impeccable eye for style. I am telling you, if you haven't browsed their shop, I highly recommend it.

There are so many pieces from sweaters, crop tops, flowy tops, bright dresses, and more. All of my friends shop there. ALL OF US! The price points are awesome and they ship NEXT DAY! Oh, and for free. She didn't ask me to talk up her shop. I just truly love what she has to offer. Here are some of my faves for what she has for Fall:

I can't get enough olive and this dress is perfect for transitioning into Fall. Meesh and Mary is basically a one stop shop for it all. Check them out here!

Some more fall favorites I have my eye on. This $12.90 dress from Forever 21. Also, this Floral Eyelash Lace Shift Dress. I don't know where I would wear this but it's so pretty. I am loving corduroy, call me weird. I love this one for under $50 and in multiple colors. I bought this sweater on the hottest day in the Summer. But I do not care because it was so pretty and if you know me, you know I ADORE cream/white sweaters. Had to have. Also bought this breezy light Olive top. It's great for when it's still hot or would look swell under a jean jacket. Yes, I said swell.

Other things I picked up, all under $15! (in clockwise order, starting at 12) Green Dress (comes in so many pretty colors… also ordered the Vanilla), Softest V-Neck Beige top (Similar), Slub Knit Orange Sweater, Ribbed Lightweight Top.

Shoes

These ridiculously cute Anne Suede Loafers are under $60 and go with everything. I am really digging cute tennis shoes to wear out and about, because comfort. Obsessing over these all white adidas. I live for Lace Ups. Okay, that's a stretch. But I feel like you can get away wearing lace up flats to say.. a wedding (like I did recently) when you despise heels. Lastly, can't not mention these precious booties. I like how flat they are and come in so many colors AND are under $30.

Accessories

Chokers are back, get over it. I have embraced the trend, hardcore. I also like the bandana as a choker trend as well. Here's a choker bandana. Y'all fashion is so forward thinking sometimes! Also digging the tied chokers. They look dainty and pretty. Forever 21 has hands (or feet) down the BEST socks. All are under $4 and so stinkin' cute. Lastly, I'm loving statement earrings. These emerald green ones (come in multiple colors) are so pretty.
