Well, the dust has settled and my feet are firmly back on the ground after TomorrowWorld. Now, I can give you some of my favorite songs from the festival. Hopefully this will give you a glimpse of the festival and the music.
1. Axwell “Center of the Universe”
Axwell had an incredible set for TomorrowWorld. Of course he played his hits with Swedish House Mafia “Don't You Worry Child” and “Greyhound” but he also played some songs I never heard before and went scrambling to Youtube when I got home to find them.
2. Cazzette “Beam Me Up”
I got to meet Cazzette right before they performed. This is their big hit and it's clear why, this is a great song. This video is also awesome. Michael says I remind him of the blonde girl that starts dancing on the car.
3. Cederic Gervais – Lana Del Rey “Summertime Sadness” Remix
This song has already been featured on one of my playlists before but it's worth it to have it on here again. I must have heard this song at almost every set at TomorrowWorld. And the mix you hear on the radio? That's Cedric's.
4. Calvin Harris “Bounce”
I simply can't have this list without Calvin. This song is older but when he started playing this one the crowd went crazy. It's a classic.
5. Nicky Romero and Nervo “Like Home”
Nicky Romero and Nervo both performed at TomorrowWorld's mainstage. I love the lyrics to this song and listening to it will always put me in a goof mood.
6. “Eat, Sleep, Rave Repeat”
This song was over played. But it's ok. It's really good. Plus TomorrowWorld made a little a video for it, so this will give you an idea of the festival. So basically, awesome.
7. Seven Lions “Strangers”
Seven Lions is a one man show, who is quickly becoming one of my favorite DJs. He has away with melodies and dubstep. All of his songs are easy and fun to listen to.
8. Porter Robinson “Language”
Porter Robinson is an international DJ and he is 21 freaking years old. It makes sense, he's talented. This song gives me the chills. In a good way.
9. Hardwell “Apollo”
Go Hardwell of go home. That's all I have to say.
10. Tiesto “Take Me”
Tiesto was my favorite at TomorrowWorld this year. He was just so entertaining to watch and as I said before one of the most memorable moments of the festival was when he said “My name is Tiesto and I'm Here to party!” This song definitely puts me in party mode.
Whether you like electronic music or not, these songs
