If you read my post yesterday, you know Michael hit it out of the park with his Halloween costume. Not to be outdone, I knew we needed to have some Halloween fun at our house. I’m a big fan of games. You can never be too old to play games, especially this one.
This is a game I’ve been playing with my little sisters since we were little. I think it’s because we love dressing up and just being weird.
It’s called Mummy. All you need is a group of 2-3 people (a dog also counts as a person.) Some Cottonelle Triple roll toilet paper (this stuff holds up against anything). Creepy, Halloween music optional.
One person is deemed the mummy. You can do this by volunteering or yelling “not it” while pointing at the person you want to be “it” and touching your nose. Whichever you prefer.
Michael was “it.”
Hugo and I wrapped him up as tightly as we could, especially around his head, with the Cottonelle Triple Roll (this is also great if you want someone to be quiet) and told him to go to his coffin (aka the couch.)
He counts silently in his head, to 50. The others go and hide. Then he awakens.
He can’t really talk or see since his face is wrapped up, so he has to stumble around the house searching for those that awakened him. If he finds someone he gets to remove a piece of toilet paper, one by one until he is “alive” again.
It’s also just pretty hilarious to make someone walk around the house and they can’t see where they’re going and I get to laugh and make fun of them. Because I’m just childish like that.
There are just so many things you can do with toilet paper. I do not advise this but, when I was about 15 some of my guys friends rolled my house with 96 rolls of toilet paper. That’s a 9 and then a 6. It was insane. So let’s use the paper for more obvious reasons, like dressing up like a mummy and running around the house.
Right now, at Target, when you Buy Cottonelle Triple Roll 12 pack or larger receive a FREE box of Kleenex, while supplies last.
Do you have any Halloween games you like to play?
